1. Operator and technology provider

GOORA is operated for European Union countries by LF MAIN s.r.o. (the "Operator"). The technology and licence provider of the platform is LUSA FUTURE FZCO. Full company details are at the end of this page.

2. About GOORA

GOORA is a platform that connects customers with verified service providers, such as drivers, couriers and other partners. The service itself (a ride, a delivery, a job) is provided by the relevant provider; unless stated otherwise for a specific service, GOORA acts as an intermediary in that relationship.

3. Account and registration

• You may create an account if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• Provide accurate details when registering and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your login details. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.
• Service providers (drivers and partners) may be verified before their account is activated.

4. Orders and payments

The price of a service is shown before you confirm your order. An order becomes binding when you confirm it in the app or on the website. You can pay by the methods offered in the app; payments are processed through certified payment gateways.

5. Cancellations and complaints

Cancellation terms may differ by type of service and are shown before you confirm your order. Send any complaint without undue delay to support@goora.eu, stating the order number and a description of the problem. We will resolve complaints within 30 days.

6. Rules of conduct

• Do not use GOORA for unlawful activity or to harm other users.
• Do not interfere with the platform or try to bypass its security.
• Treat providers and other users politely and with respect.
• Breaking these rules may lead to your account being restricted or closed.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the platform running continuously and without errors, but we cannot rule out short outages. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the service, false information supplied by the user or circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect consumers' statutory rights or any liability that cannot be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The GOORA brand, logo, design, texts and platform software are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied or otherwise used, other than for ordinary use of the service, without prior written consent.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legislation changes. We will inform you of material changes in the app or on the website well in advance. The current version is always published on this page.

10. Governing law and disputes

Relationships with consumers in EU countries are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where the consumer habitually resides. A consumer may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) as the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
