1. Data controller

The controller of personal data for users in European Union countries is LF MAIN s.r.o. The technology provider LUSA FUTURE FZCO may process data only to the extent needed to run the platform and on the basis of contractual safeguards.

2. Data we process

• Identification and contact details: name, email, phone number.
• Order data: the chosen service, pickup and delivery addresses, order status and history.
• Location data, if you send it to us for the purposes of the service.
• Payment data limited to the confirmation from the payment gateway; we do not store payment card numbers.
• Provider data: documents and information needed to verify drivers and partners.
• Technical data about your device and use of the website, if you have given consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Performance of a contract: creating an account, intermediating and fulfilling an order.
• Legal obligations: accounting, taxes, identity verification.
• Legitimate interest: platform security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution.
• Consent: analytics and marketing cookies and commercial communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with those who need it to deliver the service: the provider fulfilling your order, payment services, hosting and technical support providers, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

The technology provider is based in the United Arab Emirates. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as your account exists and afterwards only as long as required by law or to protect our legal claims (typically accounting records for the period set by law). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.

7. Your rights

• the right to access and correct your data,
• the right to erasure and to restriction of processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing,
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. Security

We protect data with technical and organisational measures, in particular encrypted transfer, access control and partner verification. No system can be made absolutely secure, so we will notify you of any incident where the law requires it.

10. Exercising your rights and changes
